Holiday closure dates
As the year winds down, we'll be taking a short break over the holiday season. Here are our closure and reopening dates by location, so you can plan ahead.
Rutherford Studio & Head Office
Closed from: Wednesday, 23 December 2026 at 4:30pm
Reopening: Thursday, 7 January 2027
Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Brisbane Showrooms
Closed from: Wednesday, 23 December 2026 at 5pm
Reopening: Thursday, 7 January 2027
Order deadlines
Place your order and pay in full before 12pm on the below dates to ensure delivery of your order before Wednesday, 23 December 2026.

Stair Nosings
Orders for stair nosings must be placed and paid for by 12pm Wednesday, 9 December 2026, to ensure they can be manufactured before the end of the year.
Online free samples
Free samples can still be ordered via our website throughout the holiday season. Please note that samples ordered after 12pm on Wednesday, 23 December 2026 will be dispatched when we reopen on Thursday, 7 January 2027.
Due to the holiday backlog, sample orders may take a few extra days to dispatch. We'll do our best to get your samples on their way as soon as possible
Dispatch of all orders will resume as normal on Thursday, 7 January 2027.
