1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Havwoods - NSW Business Number 98523307 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on 12 September 2026 and closes at 5pm AEST on 12 September 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who complete the Timber Tones of the Year entry during the Promotion Period.

Employees of the Promoter, CDK Stone and DECO and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the Timber Tones of the Year form in full during the Promotion Period.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will not be accepted.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won.

Each prize consists of one (1) AUD $200 electronic gift card (eGift Card) to Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, Bondi Beach.

The total prize pool is valued at AUD $200.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. However, if the prize winner is located outside of NSW, a standard eftpos or visa eGift Card to the same value can be provided as an alternative.

6. Prize Draw and Notification

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

The winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or before 19 September 2026 at the Promoter's offices.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their form submission within five (5) business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within one (1) week of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

The winners' first name and surname initial may also be published in the Havwoods fortnightly newsletter.

The eGift Card will be emailed to the winner using the email address supplied in their survey response.

7. Privacy

By entering the promotion, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting winners, and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

If the promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion.

The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
