Making a statement in Miami
Set along the waterfront in Miami, 6650 Allison Road is a sophisticated residential project by the Todd Michael Glaser team. Rich materials, dramatic architectural details and a considered palette come together throughout the expansive home, unified by one of Havwoods’ most recognizable colors: Relevance50.
The project features both Relevance50 plank (HW926) and Relevance50 Herringbone (HW3001), demonstrating how a single wood color can be used across different formats to create variation while maintaining a cohesive design.
A Smoky Grey bestseller
A bestseller and the Hero color of our Smoky Grey color group, Relevance50 is a popular choice from the Venture Plank collection. Its distinctive smoked coloring combines warm brown undertones with deeper grey notes, creating a versatile surface that works beautifully alongside the home's dark furnishings, natural stone and detailed millwork.
Throughout 6650 Allison Road, the combination of plank and herringbone allows the designers to adapt the flooring to different spaces while maintaining a consistent material palette.
A firm favorite
Part of the Venture Plank collection, Relevance50 demonstrates the versatility of engineered European oak across this expansive Miami home. By combining HW926 plank with HW3001 herringbone, the project showcases two distinct expressions of the same bestselling Smoky Grey color, creating an interior connected by warmth, character and natural texture.
