The Eliza Jane in New Orleans features Granne Herringbone (HW157) from Havwoods’ Solid Collection throughout its characterful lobby and bar areas. Part of the Honey color group and specified in a Rustic grade, Granne brings natural warmth, variation and classic herringbone movement to the historic hotel. Made using FSC® Certified Timber (FSC-C009500), the flooring complements an interior where the building’s rich past meets contemporary hospitality design.

Located between the French Quarter and Central Business District, The Eliza Jane, part of Hyatt’s Unbound Collection, brings together centuries of New Orleans history and richly layered hospitality design. Once home to a printing house and bitters factory, the building has been transformed into a characterful hotel where Granne Herringbone (HW157) creates a warm and distinctive foundation throughout the lobby and bar areas.

Granne sits within Havwoods’ Honey color group, bringing warm, inviting timber tones to the hotel’s eclectic interior. The natural coloring works beautifully alongside the darker furnishings, vintage-inspired details and rich material palette, helping create an atmosphere that feels established and welcoming while celebrating the historic character of the building.
Rustic character in herringbone
Specified in a Rustic grade, Granne celebrates the knots, grain variation and natural characteristics of real wood. Laid in a classic herringbone pattern, the flooring introduces additional movement and detail underfoot, complementing the layered design of the lobby and bar while helping connect the different hospitality spaces.
