Perched on the 66th floor of The Spiral in New York, the ZO. Clubhouse features Borghi Plank (HW7890) and a custom Borghi Chevron to create a warm and cohesive foundation beneath panoramic city views. Part of Havwoods’ Honey color group and Venture Plank Collection, Borghi brings lightly smoked brown tones, natural variation and character to the sophisticated amenity space. Using the product in two patterns also allows different areas to be defined while maintaining a consistent material palette throughout.
Elevated design in Manhattan
Honey tones above Manhattan
Located on the 66th floor of The Spiral in New York, Tishman Speyer’s ZO. Clubhouse is a sophisticated amenity space designed by Michaelis Boyd. Surrounded by panoramic city views, the interior combines tactile materials, statement drapery and a soft, muted palette, grounded by Borghi Plank (HW7890) and a custom Borghi Chevron floor.
The natural warmth of Honey
Borghi sits within Havwoods’ Honey color group, bringing warm, inviting brown tones to the expansive interior. Its lightly smoked appearance and natural variation introduce depth and character while complementing plush velvets, smooth leather upholstery and the space’s calming neutral palette. The result is a warm foundation that feels considered without competing with the dramatic views beyond.
One color, two distinctive patterns
Michaelis Boyd used Borghi Plank (HW7890) alongside a custom Chevron format to subtly define different areas of the open-plan Clubhouse. The transition between straight planks and the more directional Chevron pattern creates visual distinction between spaces while the consistent Borghi color maintains a cohesive flow throughout the interior.
Versatility from Venture Plank
Part of Havwoods’ Venture Plank Collection, Borghi demonstrates how a single wood floor can be adapted to create different design expressions across a large interior. Its warm Honey tones, natural knots and characterful grain bring an inviting quality to the workplace amenity, while the combination of plank and custom Chevron provides the flexibility to shape and define the expansive space.
