Part of Flex by Grosvenor, Holbein Gardens is a design-led managed workspace moments from Sloane Square in Belgravia. Amazon Prime from the Venture Plank collection was specified across the reception, hallways, meeting rooms and breakout areas, bringing a warm, natural foundation to an interior shaped by light, greenery and flexible ways of working.
Bringing nature into the working environment
Set across six floors and spanning 26,500 sq ft, Holbein Gardens combines fully fitted offices with spaces for meeting, socialising and focused work.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into each floor, while Juliet balconies, green walls and an exceptional rooftop garden strengthen the connection between the interior and the outdoors. Alongside meeting rooms and breakout areas, a flexible boardroom and dedicated social and events space allow the building to adapt to different ways of working and coming together.

Amazon Prime from the Venture Plank collection runs through the reception, hallways, meeting rooms and breakout areas. Sitting within the Blonde colour group, its light oak tone enhances a sense of openness and space, working alongside the natural light and planting to create a calm, ambience welcoming atmosphere.
Characterised by few, if any, knots, minimal sapwood and subtle tonal variation, the Prime grade creates a refined and consistent appearance across the floor.
